The first VPN Client goes through the PAT device and keeps source port 512 on the outside. When the second VPN Client connects, port 512 is already in use. The attempt fails. There are three possible workarounds. Fix the PAT device. Upgrade the VPN Clients to 3.4 and use TCP encapsulation. Install a VPN 3002 that replaces all VPN Clients.

Reason 414: Failed to establish a TCP connection. To try to solve this I have added allowed the VPN Client throught eh firewall, disabled the SecuRemote driver from the Local Area Connection and stopped SecuRemote from starting in msconfig -> startup. Still I get the same error message as before.

Normally if this happens on Windows 7 computer that would be probably because the Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) service was on. But in this case on Windows 8, the ICS was disabled. So basically, this version of Cisco VPN Client is not Problem connecting with Cisco VPN Client using TCP Apr 06, 2001
