I was going to grab a QOTOM J1900 mini PC and just use that but with the pfSense 2.5 AES-NI requirement I figure my investment should be compatible with the future. Seeing as finding an Intel CPU with AES-NI and Intel NICs in a mini PC format is an impossible task I decided to build my own.
